Careful consideration is taken when accepting vendors who provide a distinctive mix of quality art, craft and produce to the Roleystone Markets.
Preference is given to products handmade/hand-crafted by the stall owners. No more than three vendors selling the same product will be accepted.
Please note we do NOT accept PARTYPLAN in any format.
Applications: You will be notified by email whether your application has been approved 21 days (three weeks) before the market. Once your application has been accepted, you will be invited to secure your registration by making payment within 48 hours of acceptance.
Cancellations: If you are unable to attend and have made a payment, you will need to advise us no later than 14 days prior to a market to receive a refund. No refund will be given if you do not advise in this timeframe.
Stall Allocations: Once your stall has been allocated, please do not request a change or contact another stall holder to be reallocated, as this will be politely refused.
Access to the Site: Vendors are asked to come onto the park via the public carpark opposite Robin Road, to offload their stall equipment & products.
